How can I recommend awork?
You are in an awork workspace with an active subscription? Then you can recommend awork via your user menu in the upper right corner.
Click on the button recommend awork. A window with a personal awork recommendation link will open.
In the window you can choose your preferred reward.
Below you will find your personal referral link. You can share this link and as soon as someone books a subscription (with a duration of 12 or 24 months) you will receive your reward.
You can also use the email input field to send a predefined email. Via the small eye icon you can see a preview of the email. If you would like to send the email directly to several people, then simply enter several email addresses separated by a comma.
Which rewards can I choose?
In the window with your personal referral link you can choose your preferred reward. Your preference will be saved here and as soon as one of your referrals is successful, you will receive the reward that was selected at the time of booking the new subscription.
You can choose between the following rewards:
A credit on your next awork invoice
An Amazon gift card in the amount of 30 EUR
An awork goodie box with some great awork fan items
When will I receive my reward?
You will receive your reward as soon as the person you recommended signs up via your personal referral link and books a paid subscription with a contract lengths of 12 or 24 months.
If only a monthly subscription is taken out first, your recommendation with the respective reward will only come into effect as soon as the person changes to a 12 or 24 month subscription.
At the time of booking your referral, your workspace must still be in a running subscription.
Credit
The credit will be automatically credited to your awork account and you will see it on your next invoice.
Gift card
The gift card will be sent to you by email within 4-5 working days after a successful recommendation.
awork goodie box
To send you the awork goodie box, we need the shipping address you want it sent to. You will receive an email from us asking you to provide us with this address. The address will only be used for this purpose and will be deleted afterwards.
Once we have received your address, we will send the goodie box to you in a few days.
How much credit will I receive?
The credit you receive for a successful referral depends on the amount of the new subscription of the person you referred awork to. The amount of the credit is exactly the value of one month.
Example: You recommend awork and a 12-month subscription for 5 users is taken out through your recommendation. The monthly value is then 5x10,99 EUR. You will receive a credit of 54,95 EUR on your next awork invoice.
How does the person benefit from signing up via my link?
The person you recommended also benefits from your recommendation. They will also receive a one-time discount of one month. If, for example, a 12-month subscription is taken out, only 11 months have to be paid on the first invoice.
Do I get my premium if the workspace has not been created via the link?
Yes, this is possible as long as no subscription has yet been booked. If the person you recommended has registered with awork in another way than via your link, your link can also be applied in the booking window afterwards. Just give the person your personal recommendation link and ask them to enter it in the field above the Subscribe now button.
This operation can be performed only once. If a link is already stored or if the workspace was created via a recommendation link, the entry is blocked.
