To do this, click on the round project picture in the project details or upload a picture via the editing window.
If a client is assigned to the project and this client has a picture, it will be displayed by default.
If no image is selected, neither for the project nor for the client, the icon of the project type is displayed.
Project budget & planned time
Project budget
The project budget is a time budget that can be planned for the project. It often corresponds to the sold client budget.
Planned effort
The planned effort is the sum of all planned efforts of the project tasks. It cannot be processed for the project, but is always only the aggregation from the tasks.
Progress
The progress is calculated using the tracked time and the budget. If no budget has been set, it is calculated using the planned effort. If this is not set either, the progress is calculated on the basis of the completed vs. all tasks. By clicking on the progress value, you can switch between the three modes at any time.
Open project budget
If the planned effort of a project task is edited, the project budget wich is still open appears in a small pop-up. It is composed of:
= budget - recorded time (only on project) - recorded time (on completed tasks) - planned effort (on tasks that are still open).
Activity Log
